What is The Handmaids of the Lord (HOLD)?

The CFC Handmaids of the Lord is a community of Christian women actively involved in helping other women renew and live to the fullest their Christian faith. It provides women, who are single parents, separated or divorced, widows, unmarried mature women and married women wanting to be part of a women's Christian faith community.

The Handmaids of the Lord is one of the ministries of the Couples for Christ, a global, multicultural Christian community committed to the work of renewing Christian faith and strengthening the Christian family.

Couples for Christ have successfully established prayer communities in Canada, the United States, Europe, Asian and the Pacific, Australia, the Middle East and most recently in Africa.

How to join the HOLD

The entry point is a 13-session Christian Life Program (CLP), after which participants make a decision to commit to the Covenant of the CFC Handmaids of the Lord.

What is the nature of the Christian Life Program (CLP)

The CLP is an integrated course leading to renew the understanding of God's call to Christians. It is divided into 3 modules of 4 sessions each. Sessions consist of a talk, group discussion, and some time for fellowship.

Is there any cost involved?

There is no fee for attending the CLP. The only investment required from participants is their time and commitment to attend the sessions and their openness.

He really loved us despite of our sins. He continue to Love us unconditionally even
though in return we never show Him we Love him.
